Contract Signing & Kickoff
The contract can be drafted by our team or by you. Both parties sign it and formally begin the project with a clear kickoff meeting
Once you approve the proposal, the contract is prepared. We can draft it for you, or you can provide your own if your organization has a standard agreement or legal team, and we will review it with you. After both parties sign, we schedule a kickoff meeting. This is where we establish communication channels, set expectations, and ensure everyone is aligned on the project goals and timeline.

Development & Alignment Meetings
Our project manager assigns requirements to the technical team who begin active development with regular meetings to showcase progress.
Our technical team gets to work while we maintain regular alignment meetings to showcase progress. These meetings are a great time for minor UI adjustments and refinements that stay aligned with the main project requirements. You'll see your project evolve and have the opportunity to provide feedback.

Deliverables & Handover
Complete handover of all deliverables including source code, documentation, and system knowledge transfer
Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive handover including the full source code, complete documentation, system architecture guides, and training sessions for your team. You receive complete ownership of the project and ongoing support to ensure a smooth launch.
